The rates shown are all-inclusive totals: they include the operator's cost, which we pass through to you unchanged, and our 1% commission. No fixed fee is added to a collection. Collected funds are settled to your merchant account (mobile money or bank) under the settlement terms of your contract — BaobaPay does not hold the funds. Any operator fees applicable to the payer are a matter for each operator.
